As in the previous years, the board of experts did not have an easy choice to make, as the hotel market in Poland has been developing very dynamically, and the quality of services equals European standards. Newly opened hotels surprise with their original interiors and services. We have seen a huge number of new talented managers coming. Many of them must be admired for their organising talents, entrepreneurship, countless ideas, innovative attitude, and many other qualities which have made them people of success.
The winners of the 7th SIMPLY THE BEST 2007 competition were presented to the public at a gala event which took place on December 14, 2007, in the MERCURE JELENIA GÓRA hotel in Jelenia Góra. The Gala was hosted by Director Zdzisław Ziomek. The event was accompanied by a recital of Eliza Kucharska and a performance by the PAKA cabaret. Catering was provided by Chef Dariusz Wyborski.
