The studio is a direct successor of Majewski,Wyszyński – Architekci, a company established in 1990, which was joined by the third partner in 1995 and changed its name to Majewski, Wyszyński, Hermanowicz – Architekci (MWH Architekci). The founders of the company have jointly worked on various projects since 1980.
Piotr Majewski MWH Architekci is a studio making individual unique designs. According to our philosophy, the best results in designing may be achieved by a thorough analysis of the place and environment of the future project and close cooperation with the investor. This cooperation and willingness to create unconventional personal architecture offers PM MWH clients an opportunity to achieve unique own character of the structures designed for them.
Working with budget is standard, optimization of expenditures necessary to achieve spatial effects is sought.
We look for modern forms which we try to draw from the best achievements of Polish and world modernism.
We use modern, reliable and feasible technical solutions. We constantly cooperate with experienced and reputable branch offices specialized in structure, installations, road building, cost control and others. We have experience in working both in project management and general contractor systems.
We make designs of houses and residential complexes, office and service buildings. Very often designs are preceded by a programme and spatial study of plot absorbency, which enables the client to make proper decision concerning the planned investment. On some projects, we also deal with interior design.
Some of our designs earned us various prizes and distinctions. Among our achievments are office buildings such Warsaw Trade Tower (so far the highest office building in Poland), Raiffeisen Center and Stratos Center in Warsaw. In residential construction, we take pride in the Rezydencja pod Orłem building, Platinum Towers, Apartamenty Impresja in Warsaw, Rugener Str in Berlin, the estate Morena in Gdańsk and many others. We design reconstruction and conversion of historical buildings.
