The organizers of a new portal bringing together potential employers and \potential employees, OFERIA.PL, have held a press conference in Warsaw. Oferia.pl is a result of the authors’ innovative approach towards existing job-search web solutions. Created in Web 2.0 technology, oferia.pl combines the best features of search engines, job orders auction and internet forums adding networking features. The portal provides sophisticated, but easy-to-use tools to create profiles, offers and verify potential co-workers.

The portal is described as a useful tool for clients looking for services who can put their orders on auction. The auction system allows choosing the best offer according to different criteria (price, quality, time of completing the order etc). Oferia.pl is also a place where jobholders (from students needing extra cash to freelancers running their own business to companies always on the lookout for new contracts) want to be and place their offer. The portal is launched June 19.
