Textorial Park Final Countdown

Construction phase I of the Textorial Park in Łódź Special Economic Zone has been completed. The investment, a 12 000 m2 A class office space, is a unique combination of factory architectural style and modern buildings.

The construction works are led by St. Paul’s Developments Polska, a subsidiary of the British property development group St. Paul’s Environmental Regeneration Ltd. with its headquarters in Leeds, UK.
The development stages are completed according to schedule and the office space of the Textorial park will be available to let in six months. The first tenants are expected to move in just before Christmas.
